This past weekend I spent some time with some of the neatest women in Chattanooga. I about laughed my head off when one sweet Tennessee gal came through my line telling me I should have saved that snake Champ and I helped usher into the sweet by and by.
"You can do some great things with their skin, " she quipped. "I have two in my freezer right now that I'm going to have made into a belt."
Oh mercy.
She must have missed the part of my post where I clearly stated I am a city girl transplanted into this country place. The most adventurous thing I've done to acquire a belt is drive down to the Target and buy one.
Which, by the way, they do have some darling belts right now at the Target. I mean really darling. I wish I was organized enough to have taken a photo of one I just recently purchased that is black and white striped kind of like a Zebra pattern with a silver buckle.
As a matter of fact I think I will run on down to the Target today and get a belt to give away to one of you sweet things that leaves a comment below.
I am also giving away 2 tickets to the E-Women conference in Greenville, SC where I'll be speaking this weekend. I'm really excited. But the thing I'm most excited about is meeting you and chatting it up about Jesus and cute belts at Target.
We will have a hootenanny of a time.
Okay, so here's what I'd like to chat about today in the comments. I'm thinking of doing some conference call seminars where some of my P31 sisters and I teach sessions over telephone conference calls and I'm wondering three things:
1. What are some topics you'd like to see discussed?
2. If we do this as a fundraiser for the ministry, what do you think is a reasonable cost for a one hour teaching conference call? What do you think is a reasonable cost for a series of 4 calls?
3. What time of day is best for you to participate in a call like this?
