Anyhow, for those of you who don't know know me, I am Lysa's executive assistant.

It's spring break here in NC. Many people are away having fun somewhere. Most are anywhere but here. Both of my teens are at the beach with friends, while Dan and I remain at home.

So when my friend Melanie called and asked me to hang out with her at her pool yesterday I jumped at the chance.

Then she took this lovely picture of me. She insisted that I needed to post it to show everyone how goofy I can be. Dan says I'm not goofy, it's just how I am.

I eagerly agreed to sit in the sun with Melanie. But I had one minor issue I had to contend with. I just got my hair colored. And all good hair-coloring girls know that the sun will fade your hard work.

So I sat.
