Good morning bloggy friends, it's a Holly day...Ashley took a bit of a turn, and now has walking pneumonia, so Lysa is busy nursing her back to health. Good news though - she's got lots of good meds, and should be better within a day or two...! So we are praising God!
My youngest is a growing-like-a-weed 12 yr old, who sports freshly sprouted leg hair, a voice that is now deeper than my husband's, and a small swarm of interested young girls.
And I must confess...I just can't bring myself to delete a voice message I received from him - more than 2 years ago...
His voice is soft, gentle, and innocent...and I cherish every word of his message each time I replay it, which is quite often.
Message received from school one day: "Ummm...hi mom...I was just saying that I stepped in dog doo yesterday...and...now it really smells and stuff sooo......bye!"
Big sigh - big smile. I realize that only his mom could truly adore this silly, somewhat confusing little message, but I do, I really really do. It's a keeper.
