But since I can't come up with it right this second... I'll be back after I run in the rain. Seriously, isn't that when all the profound things happen in the movies? The hero and heroine run to embrace in the rain just when we thought all was hopeless for their reunion.
Not that I'm looking for any kind of embrace mind you. I'm not a touchy person. I'm more of a sideways hugger. But that's beside the point.
Profound thoughts are what I'll be hunting in the rain this morning.
Be back in a bit...

Okay, I am back. And the only thing I got running in the rain....
was wet!

With all my being, I did not want to run in the rain this morning. But sometimes I have to push through the "don't want to's" because on the other side of every don't want to is a really great feeling of accomplishment.
And that's no April Fools sisters.
"The Sovereign Lord is my strength; he makes my feet like the feet of a deer, he enables me (and you) to go to the heights." Habakkuk 3: 19
Is there a "don't want to" thing that you've been avoiding? What is God enabling you to do today?
