"Mom, I'm ready for church!" And the blue satin clippy clappies have made an encore performance--- Not to mention the Hannah Montana PJ's (our church is casual, but that might be pushing it) and then of course the Santa hat just tops it all off. I can see the stares and hear the whispers now. Maybe we should do home church today and just shoot to get to the Christmas Eve service tomorrow-

Soak in your loved ones today. Let your memories get saturated in every moment. Make the choice to see past the messes and get over the aggravations. Be quick to express your love and extend the last little bit of patience you have. Let a stranger cut in front of you in traffic and let the struggling young mom go ahead of you in the long grocery store line today. Just for today, let's ponder and treasure.
