Living in Great Expectation

Don't forget to register on Monday's post for the Fall Y'all Give Away! It's your chance to not only win some stuff for Christmas presents but also for yourself.

Now for the next Q&A...

Question:
I am in the last week of leading a Bible study from your book "What Happens When Women Say Yes to God," and wanted to know: "If you had to summarize the main points from this book, in one paragraph, what would you say?" BTW, we have had one lady recommit her life and was rebaptized, and many others who have deepened their relationship with Father God and have developed a truly personal relationship with Christ! Women truly want to personally know the reality of the Jesus they see in your life, lived out in their own life! Praise His name, and thank you for this book and the way that it allows the Holy Spirit to guide, convict and transform lives.

Answer:
Thank you so much for letting me know how my book is impacting the ladies in your Bible Study. I am so touched and encouraged by your post.

A few years ago, I felt very challenged by a question that popped into my mind, "How can I say I'm a woman of faith, if I live a life that requires very little faith?" I pondered this and then decided to respond by saying Yes to God before I even knew what He might ask me to do. Reading the Bible and praying became so much more than just items to be checked off my to do list. The Bible became like a love letter that I couldn't wait to read and study. My prayers became a constant conversation with God. My relationship with God is so exciting as I now live in expectation of hearing His invitations and experiencing Him everyday! It is the greatest adventure there is...why not join me? Start saying yes to God in small and big ways today!
